What you will do

• Lead full-cycle instructional design for eLearning, VILT, and blended learning programs using ADDIE, SAM, and Agile methodologies.
• Develop high-quality multimedia content using Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise), Vyond, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Partner with SMEs and People Business Partners to translate business needs and learning objectives into outcomes-driven content.
• Deploy and test content within the LMS (Seismic) in collaboration with technical operations specialists.
• Leverage AI-based tools and emerging technologies to accelerate content development and enhance the learner experience.
• Iterate on existing content based on learner feedback, program data, and evolving business priorities.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in instructional or learning experience design, ideally within a corporate or high-growth environment.
• Proficiency with Articulate 360 (Storyline and/or Rise) is required.
• Working knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, or Agile).
• Experience designing for multiple modalities: eLearning, ILT, blended, microlearning, and performance support tools.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to write in an authentic, on-brand voice.
• Must be based in New York, NY for this hybrid role.

Nice to have

• Experience with Vyond and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Illustrator, or Photoshop).
• Familiarity with Seismic LMS.
