Sr. Learning Experience Designer, Global LXD Studio

Location: New York, New York; hybrid role based at the New York City headquarters

Base salary range: $123,600–$151,850 USD annually, plus annual equity awards, an Employee Stock Purchase Plan, and region-specific benefits.

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle instructional design for eLearning, virtual instructor-led training, job aids, microlearning, and blended learning programs.
• Develop production-quality eLearning and multimedia content using Articulate 360, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite, Gemini, and Notebook LM.
• Create facilitator guides, participant workbooks, slide decks, and digital job aids aligned with hirify.global’s brand and voice.
• Partner with subject matter experts, People Business Partners, Talent teams, external vendors, and Learning Technology and Operations to translate business needs into measurable learning experiences.
• Upload, test, deploy, maintain, and continuously improve content in the LMS using learner feedback, completion data, and program results.
• Develop skills-based learning assets and leverage AI-based tools and emerging learning technologies to improve the learner experience.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or a closely related field.
• Working knowledge of ADDIE, SAM, or Agile methodologies and adult learning theory.
• Experience creating content for all-staff, management, and leadership programs across eLearning, instructor-led, blended, microlearning, and performance-support formats.
• Proficiency with Articulate 360, including Storyline and/or Rise, and the ability to independently manage full course development lifecycles.
• Strong written communication skills, visual design sensibility, project management, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and content deployment and maintenance.

Nice to have

• Experience with Vyond and Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere, Illustrator, or Photoshop.
• Experience with Seismic.
