Learning Experience Designer (SaaS)

Salary: $116,000–$174,000 annually, plus an annual performance bonus and long-term incentives

What you will do

• Design and build microlearning programs covering commercial and technology tools, sales playbooks, the seller role, and onboarding.
• Own onboarding as a personalized, role-specific program designed to reduce ramp time measurably.
• Build AI-assisted content pipelines that turn ideas into deployed training within days.
• Co-design and co-deliver programs with the Sales Trainer while shaping the broader learning model with the Director.
• Manage the learning technology stack and optimize content for Highspot, the LMS, Slack, Salesforce, and in-flow delivery.
• Measure content effectiveness through completion rates, assessment scores, and downstream productivity signals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or content strategy focused on sales enablement.
• Deep knowledge of microlearning design, spaced repetition, and modern learning experience design frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted content creation tools and rapid authoring platforms such as Articulate or Arist.
• Experience owning onboarding program design, not only maintaining existing programs.
• Strong visual and UX sensibility, with the ability to create engaging learning content.
• Experience integrating learning content into Highspot, Slack, and Salesforce.

Nice to have

• Experience in a high-growth SaaS or legal technology environment.
• Familiarity with the e-discovery market or hirify.global’s product ecosystem.
• Experience building a content production system from scratch.
