Production Supervisor (Food Manufacturing)

Location: Commerce City, Colorado, United States; onsite production role

Salary: $71,300–$92,700 per year

What you will do

• Lead production shifts and ensure products, equipment, and processes meet quality, efficiency, and safety standards.
• Coordinate priorities, staffing, production schedules, throughput, and on-time, in-full shipping.
• Identify operational issues, assign corrective actions, follow up, and escalate unresolved problems.
• Coach, onboard, train, and develop associates while promoting accountability and engagement.
• Collaborate with department leaders, incoming shift leaders, and cross-functional partners to resolve production issues.
• Use tablets and applications including SOMAX, Rever, Shift Guides, and Intelex to support operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience in production, preferably in food processing or fast-paced manufacturing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to lead difficult conversations.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Ability to read English, work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, work above ground level with safety equipment, and operate in non-air-conditioned conditions.

• Knowledge of KRONOS.
