Production Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Kendallville, Indiana, United States; onsite at the Kendallville Plant

Base salary: $104,200–$130,200 per year, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead planning, organizing, directing, and controlling production operations.
• Implement and oversee the QRMP quality risk management system and plant operational standards.
• Ensure food preparation and packaging comply with GMPs, SOPs, food safety regulations, and hirify.global specifications.
• Manage production scheduling, labor planning, raw materials, packaging supplies, sanitation, housekeeping, and departmental costs.
• Monitor quality, safety, productivity, service, and cost performance, developing corrective actions where needed.
• Supervise production staff, support performance management and employee development, and collaborate with Product Development, Suppliers, Engineering, Quality, and factory employees.

Requirements

• Onsite work in Kendallville, Indiana, United States, at the Kendallville Plant.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Food Technology, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with production operations, quality and food safety compliance, productivity improvement, and cost control.
