Production Supervisor III (Manufacturing)

Location: Edgewater, Florida, United States; onsite

Salary: $70,600–$101,800 annually, plus an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Lead daily production operations and supervise frontline employees and leads within an assigned manufacturing line or area.
• Manage safety, quality, delivery, productivity, staffing, production schedules, costs, inventory, and material usage.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma tools, 5S, line balancing, Andon, spaghetti diagrams, DMAIC, and root cause analysis.
• Investigate safety incidents, production defects, warranty issues, and compliance findings with EH&S, Quality, HR, and cross-functional partners.
• Set performance expectations, coach employees, manage performance and disciplinary actions, and support succession and talent planning.
• Spend approximately 75% of the time on the production floor and 25% on administrative and project work.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Required Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and an associate’s degree; a bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced manufacturing environments with responsibility for safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to lead cross-functional operational changes, process improvements, and strategic initiatives using production data and operational metrics.
• Strong communication, emotional intelligence, coaching, conflict resolution, accountability, and people leadership skills.
• Applicants must already be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
