Location: Chantilly, Virginia, United States; no remote or telework allowed.

Salary: $138,295.88–$240,469.70 annually. The posting header also lists $5,000.

What you will do

  • Provide strategic planning, programmatic planning, and budget support for a high-visibility Special Access Program.
  • Formulate, justify, and defend budget builds and prepare supporting documentation for budget exercises, unfunded requirements, and reprogramming.
  • Develop and maintain spend plans, reconcile them with actual and planned expenditures, and recommend resource adjustments.
  • Perform short- and long-term financial trend analyses and prepare budgets, briefings, and program support materials.
  • Research and resolve resource and budget issues while coordinating with Resource Management.
  • Interface with executive-level management, customers, senior leadership, and program managers through presentations and briefings.

Requirements

  • Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
  • Degree or equivalent experience in quantitative analysis, financial analysis, social sciences, or a related field.
  • Required experience: BS 10–12 years, MS 8–10 years, or PhD 5–7 years.
  • Knowledge of IC strategic planning, resource management, program planning and execution, cost analysis, accounting, and economic principles.
  • Experience managing financial resource requirements, developing long-range plans, preparing budget submissions, and aligning resources with program goals.
  • Strong quantitative analysis, writing, oral communication, organizational, and time management skills.
