Sr Principal Program Manager (Technical) - Enterprise and Emerging (Enterprise SaaS)

Location: Remote or Mountain View, United States / Seattle, United States. hirify.global can hire in countries where it has a legal entity.

Base salary in the United States: $190,485–$299,625 annually, depending on geographic pay zone. The role may also include benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

What you will do

• Set direction for and drive a portfolio of strategic programs, connecting company priorities with integrated plans, measurable outcomes, and executive decisions.
• Orchestrate complex, cross-functional delivery across Product, Engineering, GTM, Finance, Legal, Security, IT, and external partners.
• Lead strategic launches and transformations, including product integrations, enterprise-readiness initiatives, platform migrations, pricing and monetization changes, and operating-model transformations.
• Turn ambiguous business and technical problems into clear ownership, decision forums, operating cadences, and execution plans.
• Define success metrics and measure customer outcomes, adoption, revenue, operational health, delivery performance, and realized program value.
• Build reusable governance, risk, dependency-management, readiness, and benefits-realization mechanisms while mentoring program managers.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in technical program management, product or program leadership, software development, engineering operations, or a related discipline.
• Experience owning complex, multi-team, or portfolio-level initiatives with sustained organizational impact.
• Proven success delivering large-scale technology programs, product launches, platform integrations, migrations, monetization initiatives, or enterprise-readiness programs.
• Strong understanding of software development, Agile methodologies, dependency management, technical risk, and operational readiness.
• Exceptional executive communication and experience influencing Product, Engineering, GTM, Finance, Legal, Security, IT, and other organizations without direct authority.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise SaaS, cloud transformation, AI-enabled products, platform adoption, or complex product ecosystems.
• Experience with consumption-based pricing, usage-based metrics, product integrations, enterprise migrations, or customer lifecycle transformation.
• Experience building a program-management community of practice, talent model, or operating framework.
• Background in data analytics and insights, including interpreting complex data sets and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
