TL;DR
Technical Program Manager, Enterprise Readiness (AI): Driving cross-functional programs that deliver security, compliance, identity, data governance, admin, and spend-management capabilities across enterprise product surfaces with an accent on regulated-industry requirements and executive-level readiness tracking. Focus on closing customer control gaps, building data residency and healthcare compliance programs, and translating regulatory requirements into sequenced technical roadmaps.
Location: San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY; hybrid policy requiring staff to work from one of the offices at least 25% of the time
Annual salary: $365,000–$435,000 USD

What you will do
- Run the planning and operating cadence for foundational enterprise capabilities across product surfaces, including dependencies, ownership, coverage, and status reporting.
- Drive high-priority programs from scoping and trade-off decisions through delivery across every relevant surface.
- Define readiness requirements for products and features before they reach enterprise customers, including decisions on missing controls.
- Partner with sales, customer success, solutions, support, legal, compliance, product, and engineering teams on customer reviews, escalations, and active enterprise deals.
- Translate customer and regulatory requirements into technical programs, roadmaps, priorities, and delivery dates.
Requirements
- 8+ years of technical program management experience and a track record of building cross-functional programs from scratch in ambiguous environments.
- Experience driving decisions among senior leaders with competing priorities and clearly communicating enterprise readiness.
- Experience adopting platform or horizontal capabilities across product teams without a shared reporting line.
- Understanding of enterprise security and compliance frameworks, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and FedRAMP.
- Knowledge of SSO, SCIM, RBAC, data retention, data residency, customer-managed keys, audit logging, and spend controls.
- Direct experience with regulated customers, including security reviews, questionnaires, audit findings, contract redlines, control design, evidence collection, and engineering delivery.
Nice to have
- End-to-end ownership of a HIPAA program at a software company, including BAAs, PHI handling, and product controls.
- Experience with financial services requirements for retention, residency, encryption, regional hosting, customer-managed keys, and contractual evidence.
- Experience running an enterprise design partnership or co-build.
- Experience using Claude or other LLM tools to automate program tracking and reporting.
