Technical Program Manager, Enterprise Readiness (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY. Hybrid policy: staff are expected to work from one of the offices at least 25% of the time.

Annual salary: $365,000–$435,000 USD.

What you will do

• Run the planning and operating cadence for enterprise foundational capabilities across product surfaces, including dependencies, ownership, coverage, and status reporting.
• Drive high-priority programs from scoping and tradeoff decisions through delivery across products.
• Define readiness requirements for new products and features before they reach enterprise customers.
• Partner with sales, customer success, solutions, support, legal, compliance, product, and engineering on customer reviews, escalations, and enterprise requirements.
• Translate security, compliance, and regulatory requirements into prioritized technical roadmaps with clear dates.

Requirements

• 8+ years of technical program management experience and a record of building cross-functional programs in ambiguous environments.
• Experience driving decisions among senior leaders with competing priorities and communicating enterprise readiness clearly.
• Experience driving adoption of platform or horizontal capabilities across teams without a shared reporting line.
• Understanding of enterprise security and compliance frameworks, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and FedRAMP.
• Knowledge of identity and access management, data governance, audit logging, customer-managed keys, and spend controls.
• Experience working directly with regulated customers on security reviews, questionnaires, audit findings, and contract redlines.

Nice to have

• End-to-end ownership of a HIPAA program at a software company, including BAAs, PHI handling, and product controls.
• Experience with financial services requirements such as data retention, residency, encryption, regional hosting, and customer-managed keys.
• Experience running an enterprise design partnership or co-building program.
• Experience using Claude or other LLM tools to automate program tracking and reporting.
