Staff Technical Program Manager, PSA Ops

Location: US Remote - California. Santa Ana or Jersey City office work is available, with remote and hybrid candidates considered. Candidates within a one-hour commute of an office are required to work onsite most of the time.

Salary: $151,341–$220,480 per year, with potential eligibility for bonuses, commissions, or other compensation.

What you will do

• Lead strategic, cross-functional programs from inception through delivery across engineering, product, design, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Shape and prioritize product plans and mission-critical initiatives aligned with customer, business, and technology objectives.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and communicate project milestones, outcomes, blockers, and deliverables.
• Design processes and documentation that provide development teams with autonomy while supporting organizational standardization.
• Develop training and educational programs to transform organizational practices.
• Drive automation, process improvement, developer operations, roadmap prioritization, and successful releases as PSA Ops scales.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management and/or technical program management experience in a modern product or engineering organization.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and work management tools such as Jira.
• Experience coordinating dependencies, reporting on milestones and blockers, and leading releases or deployments across complex initiatives.
• Proven ability to use AI tools such as Claude Cowork, Glean, or similar technologies to improve efficiency and execution.
• Strategic, collaborative leadership skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, align teams, and drive measurable customer and business impact.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
