Location: US Remote - California. Santa Ana or Jersey City office work is available, with remote and hybrid candidates considered. Candidates within a one-hour commute of an office are required to work onsite most of the time.
Salary: $151,341–$220,480 per year, with potential eligibility for bonuses, commissions, or other compensation.

provides grading, authentication, vaulting, and sales services for collectible trading cards, autographs, comics, coins, video games, tickets, and memorabilia through brands including PSA, PCGS, Beckett, SGC, and Card Ladder.
What you will do
- Lead strategic, cross-functional programs from inception through delivery across engineering, product, design, operations, and business stakeholders.
- Shape and prioritize product plans and mission-critical initiatives aligned with customer, business, and technology objectives.
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies and communicate project milestones, outcomes, blockers, and deliverables.
- Design processes and documentation that provide development teams with autonomy while supporting organizational standardization.
- Develop training and educational programs to transform organizational practices.
- Drive automation, process improvement, developer operations, roadmap prioritization, and successful releases as PSA Ops scales.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management and/or technical program management experience in a modern product or engineering organization.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and work management tools such as Jira.
- Experience coordinating dependencies, reporting on milestones and blockers, and leading releases or deployments across complex initiatives.
- Proven ability to use AI tools such as Claude Cowork, Glean, or similar technologies to improve efficiency and execution.
- Strategic, collaborative leadership skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, align teams, and drive measurable customer and business impact.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
