Program Manager (SaaS)

What you will do

• Lead complex, cross-functional product and technology initiatives from concept through launch, adoption, and post-launch review.
• Translate business objectives into executable plans, measurable outcomes, roadmaps, milestones, and delivery sequences.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, Design, UX, Marketing, Operations, and customer-facing teams while managing dependencies, risks, resources, and trade-offs.
• Partner with engineering teams on architecture, technical debt, scalability, reliability, platform investments, and modernization.
• Provide executive visibility through program health reporting, business reviews, leadership presentations, governance, and risk escalation.
• Maintain program artifacts and improve planning, estimation, prioritization, workflow, dependency tracking, and reporting processes in Jira and Confluence.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of program management experience in SaaS, hosting, cloud, eCommerce, FinTech, or other technology-driven organizations.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional product and technical programs from strategy through execution.
• Expert-level proficiency with Jira and Confluence, including roadmaps, backlogs, sprint planning, dependency tracking, dashboards, workflow configuration, reporting, and documentation.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, software engineering practices, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience partnering with Product Managers, Engineering Leaders, Architects, and executive stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
