What you will do

• Own end-to-end program management and delivery, including milestones, critical paths, and release integration across global engineering and product teams.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and navigate ambiguity to keep teams focused on shared goals and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to decompose initiatives into milestones with clear acceptance criteria and dependency linkages.
• Identify risks and blocking issues early, providing cost-of-delay analysis and recommending mitigation paths.
• Deliver concise, decision-oriented executive briefings on deployment progress and program health to senior leadership.
• Improve program traceability and automate recurring TPM workflows in alignment with TPMO standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in successful releases for multiple technology-focused products or services.
• Demonstrated delivery of complex platform or infrastructure programs in cloud, storage, distributed systems, or SaaS environments.
• Strong command of Agile-at-scale and release train mechanics, including milestone planning and GA readiness gates.
• Ability to analyze and challenge architecture documents, design specifications, and dependency graphs.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.
