• Lead end-to-end execution of programs for agentic work management, including onboarding, task delegation, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Develop and own product engineering delivery plans, timelines, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Manage program governance to create visibility, identify risks, and ensure effective execution toward shared goals.
• Communicate program health and updates effectively to teams and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and streamlining operational processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading technical programs in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Proven track record of managing large, complex initiatives with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• AI fluency and the ability to quickly learn and apply emerging technologies to unlock new ways of working.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for different audiences.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and drive decisions using data and AI-powered tools.
