Senior Technical Program Manager (AI)

Location: Vancouver or New York office with an office-centric hybrid schedule; standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

Estimated base salary: $132,000–$156,000 CAD per year, plus potential equity, incentives, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end cross-functional programs advancing agentic work management, including onboarding, task delegation, multi-agent orchestration, and human-in-the-loop review.
• Build and own product engineering delivery plans, timelines, dependencies, and accountability frameworks.
• Manage program governance, risks, resources, and execution across Engineering, Product, Design, Research, and Business teams.
• Communicate program health, progress, and decisions clearly to teams and stakeholders.
• Identify inefficiencies and streamline processes through continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading technical programs in enterprise software and B2B SaaS.
• Track record of managing large, complex initiatives with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to drive alignment and simplify complex topics.
• Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with demonstrated AI fluency and the ability to apply new technologies quickly.
• Ability to use data and AI-powered tools to support alignment and decision-making.
• Experience with project management and collaboration software; Asana experience is a plus.
