Supply Chain Analyst

Location: On-site at the hirify.global Center in Maplewood, Minnesota, requiring at least four days per week on-site. Travel may include up to 5% domestic travel. Relocation assistance is not authorized.

Salary: $95,591–$116,834 annual compensation, including base pay and variable incentive pay where eligible.

What you will do

• Plan finished goods through multiple value streams.
• Coordinate product supply through hirify.global plants and subcontractors.
• Identify supply gaps and implement solutions to maintain continuity for customers.
• Collaborate with Global Supply Chain Operations and Commercial Branding & Transportation to optimize service, inventory, and costs.
• Lead improvement projects supporting division planning objectives.
• Drive results measured by inventory, service, and cost KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, completed and verified before starting.
• At least three years of supply chain planning experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Ability to work at least four days per week at the Maplewood, Minnesota site.
• Ability to comply with corporate policies, procedures, security standards, and environmental health and safety requirements.
• US-based full-time employees must sign an employee agreement covering confidential information, trade secrets, conflicts of interest, and invention assignment.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in supply chain or operations management.
• Five years of supply chain planning experience.
• Experience with hirify.global planning systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Continuous improvement project leadership experience.
• Experience across demand, supply, and production planning or on cross-functional and international teams.
