Staff Material Planning Analyst (Supply Chain)

Location: Georgetown, Texas, United States; based out of the New Jersey headquarters. Onsite position.

Salary: $82,500–$105,000 per year, with final base salary determined by experience, skills, education, and certifications.

What you will do

• Communicate material status with the manufacturing scheduling and planning team.
• Manage production demands, inventory requirements, and incoming supply.
• Review demand versus supply to maintain a healthy supply plan and accurate inventory.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, sales, purchasing, engineering, demand planning, and operations teams to streamline processes.
• Investigate material shortages, identify root causes, and coordinate recovery actions to reduce line downtime risk.
• Analyze data, resolve escalated material-planning issues, and develop cost-effective improvement plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, computer science, production planning, logistics, or a related field, plus 5+ years of experience; alternatively, a master’s degree and 3+ years of experience.
• Professional experience in supply chain or production planning is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to gather and monitor information, exercise independent judgment, and make decisions.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, discipline, flexibility, adaptability, and customer-service orientation.
