Production Planner

Location: Anoka, Minnesota, United States; onsite

Compensation range: $62,900–$116,900 per year, with potential eligibility for additional annual incentives.

What you will do

• Analyze component availability and value-stream workload to assign delivery dates and optimize production schedules.
• Coordinate with buyers, operations, planning, procurement, engineering, customer service, program management, and sales and operations planning teams.
• Maintain ihirify.globalory and order records, review forecasts, and process order changes and cancellations.
• Develop component-planning strategies, production sequences, and executable plans for new product launches.
• Resolve capacity, material, equipment, and quality constraints while coordinating corrective actions.
• Develop contingency plans and analyze production-attainment misses to improve future performance and promise-date accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field preferred; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• At least 2 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, materials, or supply.
• Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with conflict resolution and project management.
• Ability to work onsite in Anoka, Minnesota, United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with JDE ERP or another ERP system.
• CPIM certification through ASCM.
