Supply Chain Demand Planner

Location: Hybrid role in St Paul, Minnesota, requiring two in-office days each week, Monday and Tuesday, at the Mendota Heights headquarters.

Salary: $43,500–$56,500 per year, with the final offer based on location, experience, and skills.

What you will do

• Develop demand forecasts using sales, marketing, inventory, and operational data to support production planning and material availability.
• Research market intelligence, industry trends, and business data to maintain accurate forecasts.
• Analyze sales indicators, product demand patterns, inventory levels, forecast performance, and budget information to identify risks and opportunities.
• Present forecast analyses, assumptions, results, and planning recommendations to stakeholders.
• Coordinate integrated planning activities across operations, purchasing, logistics, suppliers, and other business partners.
• Support supply chain initiatives, promotions, product launches, planning events, and continuous improvement through forecasting analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Statistics, or equivalent education and experience.
• At least two years of experience in Supply Chain or a related field is preferred.
• Experience using ERP systems for demand planning, forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain planning is preferred.
• Ability to analyze business, sales, and operational data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, attention to detail, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and maintain accurate, timely, and high-quality work.
