Materials Analyst

Compensation range: $54,300–$100,800 per year, with potential eligibility for annual incentives.

What you will do

• Monitor materials-related system data and ihirify.globalory transactions for accuracy, timing, and completeness.
• Maintain PFEP data, including storage locations, replenishment parameters, and usage triggers.
• Analyze ihirify.globalory discrepancies, trends, aging, and key performance indicators.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards covering ihirify.globalory health, cycle counts, and material flow.
• Support cycle count planning, reconciliation, ihirify.globalory adjustments, and root cause investigations.
• Provide analytical support for ihirify.globalory reduction, obsolete and excess material disposition, space optimization, and congestion reduction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, business, engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Ideally 2+ years of experience in ihirify.globalory analysis, materials management, or supply chain analytics.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems and ihirify.globalory transactions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, data accuracy, and structured root cause analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools; dashboard experience is preferred.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly, stay organized, follow through, and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
