Salary: $76,600–$123,775 per year, plus benefits, 401(k) contribution, and eligibility for a short-term incentive plan.

What you will do

• Support the Sales & Operations Planning process through supply planning, data analysis, reporting automation, and production scheduling coordination.
• Implement, track, and communicate supply chain and customer experience performance metrics and reconcile them with customer scorecards.
• Coordinate reporting and analytics across supply planning, demand planning, warehouse operations, transportation, and customer service.
• Analyze customer sales and sell-out data to identify exceptional or unforecasted activity and communicate actions to address demand-plan deviations.
• Develop corrective action plans for service issues and collaborate with operations and planning teams to improve forecasting, inventory, and service-level reporting.
• Build cross-functional relationships and contribute to supply chain improvement projects while following health and safety and confidentiality requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, customer care, finance, or marketing.
• Strong analytical, influencing, and customer service skills.
• Ability to understand customer experience and translate complex business data into actionable insights.
• Role location: Oak Brook, Illinois, United States.

Nice to have

• APICS, Lean, or Six Sigma certification.
• SAP experience.
• Business intelligence reporting experience.
