Group Lead, Production Planning

What you will do

• Lead and develop the Production Planning team to maintain stable delivery performance and operational efficiency.
• Balance demand and supply, secure output, and maintain quality and cycle-time performance.
• Own and improve master planning, capacity planning, and escalation-management processes.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Program/NPI, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders.
• Identify capacity, materials, and execution risks; develop mitigation plans and enable data-driven decisions through analysis and scenario simulation.
• Drive continuous improvement, coach team members, and build future successors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in production planning, operations, or supply chain.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with planning tools, ERP systems such as SAP, Excel, dashboards, and data analysis.
• Fluent English communication is required.
• Legal authorization to access technology controlled under United States Export Administration Regulations is required before starting work.

Nice to have

• Experience in semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, or complex assembly environments.
• Team leadership or project leadership experience.
