Senior Operational Planner (Semiconductor)

Location: Zhubei, Taiwan; onsite role with no remote work available

What you will do

• Lead demand and supply planning, capacity and resource allocation, inventory control, and WIP management.
• Manage OSAT subcontractor delivery performance, die loading, assembly and test capacity, raw materials, and agreed daily or weekly run rates.
• Prepare production orders, monitor WIP movement, resolve material shortages and backlogs, and manage slow-moving or obsolete inventory.
• Coordinate forecasts, commitment allocations, negotiations, and actual loading versus forecast with manufacturing, procurement, sales, business units, and subcontractors.
• Identify capacity and process improvements, create functional specifications with System Engineering, and perform system tests and checks.
• Resolve B2B errors and issue tickets with IT support and generate KPI reports.

Requirements

• More than 2 years of experience with related technical and commercial responsibility.
• Knowledge of semiconductor or related electronics production flows and production planning and control.
• Analytical skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under stressful conditions.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written, is required.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP.
• A bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field is desirable.
