Regional Planner, AGS Field iTeam

What you will do

• Plan and coordinate global installation resources across business units and regions.
• Analyze installation schedules and forecasts to identify resource gaps, risks, and conflicts.
• Maintain data accuracy and governance across enterprise planning systems.
• Review automated scheduler outputs and manage planning exceptions in customized SAP applications.
• Collaborate with Field Service Operations, Product Management, Manufacturing, and Business Units to resolve planning constraints.
• Track planning metrics, manage escalations, and support process and automation improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in planning, operations coordination, resource management, or program support in a manufacturing, service, or operations environment.
• Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP and planning tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and strong attention to data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently and collaboratively across global teams.
