Senior Manager, Inventory Planning and Management

What you will do

• Plan inventory to deliver the right products at the right time and place for customers and vendors.
• Collaborate with business, vendor management, supply chain, product, program, and finance partners.
• Drive in-stock performance and business growth while controlling overstock and other inventory costs.
• Partner with vendors to improve lead time, fill rate, and related performance metrics.
• Use data to prioritize actions, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
• Manage ordering processes and systems, and improve controls for forecasting, inbound, and inventory management.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in demand forecasting, ordering, procurement, inventory management, or supply chain.
• Bachelor’s degree in a supply chain-related field.
• Experience partnering with vendors and collaborating with sales and operations stakeholders.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to influence without authority.
• Strong Excel proficiency and the ability to use data for analysis; SQL and other technical skills are a plus.
• Mandarin and English proficiency required.
