Customer Service Representative (Medical Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for prospective and existing customers.
• Prepare, manage, and follow up on quotations, order confirmations, invoices, credit notes, and other customer documentation.
• Process orders, returns, exchanges, and sample shipments while maintaining accurate CRM and ERP records.
• Monitor accounts receivable, support collection activities, and coordinate monthly consignment stock invoicing.
• Track and resolve customer complaints through coordination with internal departments.
• Maintain sales data, prepare regular and ad hoc reports, and support account managers and sales leadership.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience in an office environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Martinsville, Virginia.
