Conference Registration and Systems Specialist (Hospitality Technology)

Location: Hybrid role based at hirify.global headquarters in Chevy Chase, Maryland, with three in-office days per week. Flexible scheduling is required to support conference center operations.

Hiring pay range: $73,112.80–$91,391.00 annually.

What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of conference and event registration platforms, from design and implementation through post-event maintenance, reporting, and analysis.
• Collaborate with event organizers, technical teams, and stakeholders to deliver intuitive, brand-aligned registration experiences.
• Create training resources, documentation, and ongoing support for staff using registration tools.
• Partner with Campus Operations Systems Experience Product Management to improve system performance, governance, integrations, launches, communications, and adoption.
• Analyze system and event data, streamline workflows, and coordinate external vendors supporting virtual and on-site systems.
• Provide graphic design support for conference materials and digital communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of hospitality-related or customer service experience and three years of experience with hospitality technology, registration systems, or digital engagement platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or MS Planner.
• Strong design and web skills, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and basic HTML/CSS.
• Familiarity with data privacy and compliance requirements, independent judgment, stakeholder communication, and troubleshooting.
• Fluent English and Spanish communication is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with Certain, Delphi, Salesforce, Jira, or Mews.
• Experience with sales and catering databases.
• Working knowledge of Quark, InDesign, or equivalent publishing software and web media.
