Sr. Clinic Launch Associate (Mental Healthcare)

Location: Remote in the United States; currently not hiring in Hawaii. Travel to other U.S. markets and extended on-site clinic launch assignments are required.

Salary: $91,000–$106,400 annual base salary; equity offered and no bonus.

What you will do

• Prepare new physical clinic spaces for launch and support day-to-day clinic operations.
• Act as the primary local point of contact for therapists and resolve platform and scheduling issues.
• Coordinate vendors and work with Support, Marketing, and Provider Success teams.
• Identify and independently resolve physical and administrative roadblocks, including access, supplies, keycards, and room bookings.
• Build repeatable operational processes that support clinic expansion across the United States.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in multi-site operations, clinic operations, facilities, hospitality, retail, events, or another physical-location role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to resolve issues empathetically and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and basic data visualization.
• Ability to learn new software platforms quickly, including operations applications and dashboards.
• Must be based in the United States, with willingness to travel to other U.S. markets and remain on location for several weeks or months during launches.
• Ability to take full on-the-ground ownership of operational problems and develop durable solutions.

Nice to have

• 1+ year of experience managing offices, clinics, events, hotels, coworking spaces, or other physical locations.
• 1+ year of experience at a high-growth startup.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using dashboards to analyze slot data, provider sign-ups, and office usage.
