Digital Network Coordinator

Location: Dallas, United States; hybrid work schedule

Salary: $40,000–$50,000 per year, depending on qualifications, with eligibility for an annual bonus program or commission incentive.

What you will do

• Monitor quality assurance dashboards and verify that Salesforce fields are updated accurately.
• Troubleshoot and resolve digital network issues, escalating unresolved problems to technical or operations teams.
• Coordinate daily checklists and quality assurance activities.
• Serve as a liaison between technical and operations teams during issue resolution.
• Support the digital operations team during large-scale projects and focused business initiatives.
• Participate in weekly and monthly leadership check-ins to review progress, goals, and improvements.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in digital operations or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and collaborate effectively across teams.
