Consulting Partner - Accounting and Finance as a Service

Location: New York, United States; travel of up to 25% expected.

What you will do

• Lead managed services teams and multiple client consulting engagements.
• Develop managed services teams, delivery models, and international expansion strategies.
• Drive process improvement, technology implementation, operational excellence, and delivery innovation.
• Collaborate with global offices and cross-functional service lines to deliver integrated finance, IT, analytics, security, and business application services.
• Build trusted client relationships and provide strategic advice on finance function transformation.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, information technology, or a related field.
• 10–15+ years of experience leading managed services infrastructure buildout, transformation, delivery, and expansion.
• Experience improving people, processes, and technology across multiple groups.
• Proven record of delivering high-quality managed services to clients.
• Experience leading finance transformation or financial systems selection and implementation projects.
• Ability to collaborate across a large firm with multiple service lines.

Nice to have

• CPA, CA, or equivalent certification.
• Leadership experience in corporate finance, controllership, CFO functions, SEC or private-company reporting, FP&A, policy development, transaction accounting, or financial reporting advisory.
• Global operational and accounting experience.
• Experience with infrastructure or managed IT services and program management methodologies.
