What you will do

• Support day-to-day activities for buy and sell-side diligence engagements.
• Lead the preparation of reports, written analyses, and client presentations.
• Perform quality of earnings, financial trend analysis, and working capital assessments.
• Collaborate with internal experts and client contacts to achieve engagement objectives.
• Supervise project teams and ensure consistent quality across all deliverables.
• Participate in practice development, marketing, and client pitches.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in consulting or professional services.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Expertise in financial modeling, 3-statement models, and cash flow analysis.
• Must have legal right to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

• CPA or CFA certification.
• MBA degree.
• Experience with financial research tools like Capital IQ or Bloomberg.
