What you will do

• Support day-to-day activities for buy and sell-side diligence engagements.
• Perform quality of earnings, financial trend, and working capital analyses.
• Lead the preparation of reports, presentations, and client deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal experts and client contacts to achieve engagement objectives.
• Identify purchase price adjustments and potential deal structuring insights.
• Participate in practice development, marketing, and client pitches.

Requirements

• Must have legal right to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in consulting or professional services.
• Expertise in financial modeling, including 3-statement models and cash flow analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• MBA or CPA certification.
