Senior Consultant, Advisory Services (Finance Transformation)

Target salary rate: $110,000–$140,000 per year

What you will do

• Support transformation and advisory engagements integrating strategy, finance, operations, people, processes, technology, and data.
• Execute workstreams involving market and data analysis, process documentation, assessment, and solution development.
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
• Develop client-ready presentations, analyses, reports, dashboards, and supporting documentation.
• Support implementation activities including process improvements, system enhancements, and operating model changes.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; collaborate with clients and coach junior resources when applicable.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in strategy or management consulting in a client-facing role.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience supporting engagements across strategy, transformation, and operational improvement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with project delivery, including project planning, progress tracking, risk identification, and issue resolution.
• Knowledge of finance transformation, FP&A, controllership, or finance operations.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with MS Project and Smartsheet.
• Project or Change Management certification.
