Location: Chicago, IL, or Atlanta, GA, United States

Salary: $151,000–$257,000 per year, plus a 16% bonus target; estimated total cash range of $175,160–$298,120.

What you will do

• Lead complex Workday Financials implementation and finance transformation engagements.
• Guide future-state design and process improvement initiatives for Record to Report and Order to Cash functions.
• Coordinate client teams, system integrators, and third-party vendors across process alignment, organizational readiness, testing, training, issue resolution, and deployment.
• Develop implementation plans, estimates, timelines, and costs for Workday Financials and Accounting Center projects.
• Manage project work plans and diverse delivery teams while mentoring, coaching, and evaluating team members.
• Build executive client relationships, identify new opportunities, and support proposals, sales, and thought leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as MIS, Finance/Accounting, or Engineering.
• 9+ years of experience in professional services or industry.
• Experience leading or managing large-scale Workday Financials implementations, including requirements definition, design workshops, testing, data conversion, training, cutover, and post-go-live support.
• Experience serving as a solution architect, project manager, or workstream lead for Record to Report and/or Order to Cash.
• Experience with executive communication, risk and issue management, business development, and client relationship development.
• Role locations are Chicago, IL, and Atlanta, GA, United States.
