Second Shift Outbound Operations Supervisor (Warehouse)

Location: Phoenix, Arizona, United States; on-site warehouse role on the second shift

Salary: $60,000–$65,000 annually

What you will do

• Oversee daily activities for outbound packaging and shipping associates.
• Review procedures, schedules, equipment assignments, and staffing to maintain efficient workflow.
• Direct orders to appropriate work areas and allocate personnel where additional capacity is needed.
• Investigate internal and external customer concerns and provide operational solutions.
• Track associate metrics, train and develop employees, and monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and maintain effective relationships across departments.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse supervision or comparable distribution-center leadership experience is preferred.
• Experience leading, coaching, developing, and motivating teams while driving accountability and results.
• Understanding of picking, quality control, shipping, receiving, inventory flow, and space utilization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, warehouse management systems, RF technology, and distribution software.
• High school diploma or GED required, with strong communication, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to safely lift and move merchandise weighing up to 70 pounds; forklift or powered industrial equipment experience is preferred.
