Warehouse Supervisor (Biotech)

Location: San Jose, California, United States; on-site warehouse role

Salary: $79,800–$131,100 per year

What you will do

• Supervise and actively support receiving, storage, picking, packing, material handling, and shipping operations.
• Improve fulfillment, warehouse planning, inventory management, material coordination, and transaction processes.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, transaction audits, and accurate system records.
• Monitor standard work and organizational standards for safety, quality, productivity, and output.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and purchasing to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Support ISO 9001 compliance and company EPIC values.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center, including at least 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse transactions, packaging operations, and material handling.
• Experience with ERP or other inventory management systems and working competency in Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, Outlook, and analytical software.
• Working knowledge of HazMat and IATA requirements.
• Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment.
