TL;DR
Business Analyst - Developer (C#/.NET/SQL): Analyzing business requirements, documenting current- and future-state processes, and developing business applications in collaboration with technical and business stakeholders with an accent on requirements traceability, solution design, and process improvement. Focus on creating BRD, FSD, and TSD documentation, supporting application deployment, and coordinating project planning, risk assessment, and change management.

What you will do
- Gather and analyze business requirements through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder sessions.
- Create and maintain Business Requirements Documents, Functional Specification Documents, and Technical Specification Documents.
- Document current-state and future-state processes and ensure requirements remain complete, traceable, and aligned.
- Design business and technical solutions and assist with application development, coding, and implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects, enhancements, and process improvements.
- Support project planning, estimation, risk assessment, deployment, and change management activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Application Developer, or hybrid Business Analyst-Developer.
- Strong programming skills in C#, .NET, and SQL scripting.
- Proven experience creating and managing BRD, FSD, and TSD documentation.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies and software development best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Mendix.
- Experience with Git or SVN.
