Business Analyst (Financial Accounting): Translating complex business requirements into scalable accounting solutions for banking change initiatives with an accent on financial processes, data flows, regulatory needs, and stakeholder alignment. Focus on impact assessments, functional design, SQL-based analysis, testing across the change lifecycle, and maintaining accounting controls.

What you will do
- Translate business requirements into Finance user requirements and support backlog refinement.
- Act as the Finance point of contact for strategic change initiatives.
- Analyze business processes, data flows, and account impacts across the financial landscape.
- Partner with Product Owners, Engineers, and international stakeholders to design and implement account solutions.
- Plan, execute, and support functional, acceptance, and migration test.
- Maintain account controls, provide functional support, and contribute to continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Account, Finance, Business Information Technology, Economics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of Wholesale Bank product account concepts and bank processes.
- Experience with SQL, data analysis, impact assessments, functional design, and requirements gather.
- Experience plann and execut functional, acceptance, and migration test in Agile environments.
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
