Business Analyst (Retail & Other Products)

What you will do

• Translate business requirements into finance and user requirements for retail banking products.
• Represent Finance in large-scale change initiatives and coordinate activities across squads, tribes, and programs.
• Translate epics into features and user stories while supporting backlog management.
• Perform impact assessments, process analysis, and data analysis, including data-quality evaluations.
• Support accounting controls, standards, financial processing, and reporting accuracy.
• Coordinate functional, acceptance, and migration testing with business, finance, and technology stakeholders.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of retail banking products and related processes, including interactions with Treasury and Transaction Services.
• Experience with impact assessments, functional designs, and functional, acceptance, and migration testing.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques.
• Experience working in Agile environments, with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication is required.
