TL;DR
Software Developer (Legal Reporting) (Banking/Regulatory Reporting): Analyzing regulatory requirements and building standardized legal reporting solutions for banks with an accent on requirement analysis, solution design, and Avaloq parameterization. Focus on interpreting EBA and country regulations, configuring reporting tools, and collaborating with clients and stakeholders across Europe and Asia.
Location: Makati City, Philippines; remote work is available, with possible on-site participation in client working groups across Europe and Asia

What you will do
- Analyze European Banking Authority and country-specific regulatory requirements.
- Develop standardized legal and regulatory reporting solutions using Fire, WKFS, ABACUS, or similar tools.
- Build and parameterize regulatory reporting solutions in within an Agile team.
- Support customer compliance with requirements from regulators including EBA, BCL, CSSF, SNB, FINMA, NBB, and BDF.
- Participate in implementation workshops and manage communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or an equivalent business discipline.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
- Strong command of English is required.
- Excellent client-orientation, communication skills, and a service-oriented attitude.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and committed to continuous learning.
Nice to have
- Strong software engineering fundamentals.
- Experience in banking systems or the Banking Suite.
- Experience with SQL or PLSQL.
- Experience with Fire, WKFS, ABACUS, or similar legal reporting tools.
