Senior Business Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid role requiring relocation to Manila, Philippines

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and structure business requirements for CRM processes.
• Manage the backlog by decomposing tasks, writing user stories, and defining acceptance criteria.
• Document and model CRM business processes using BPMN and identify gaps between business logic and system implementation.
• Define requirements for CRM improvements and system integrations.
• Maintain documentation for processes, business rules, and system logic.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, CRM developers, and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience in fintech or banking and strong experience with CRM systems, including development, implementation, or process design.
• Strong knowledge of BPMN and hands-on business process modeling experience.
• Experience gathering and formalizing requirements, writing user stories, and defining acceptance criteria.
• Understanding of system integration principles, APIs, event-driven architecture, and Kafka.
• English at B2 level or higher and fluent Russian are required.

• Experience with telephony, voice bots, or other voice technologies.
