Business Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Relocation to the Philippines required

What you will do

• Analyze new features for Credit Line and Payments products.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, Design, Analytics, Scoring, Customer Support, and other teams.
• Support feature delivery and coordinate dependencies across teams.
• Investigate and fix broken features and processes.
• Identify process flaws and implement lasting solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or System Analyst in fintech, banking, or payments.
• English at B2+ level, with the ability to lead meetings and negotiate with international partners.
• Ownership mindset with a focus on solving problems and ensuring successful delivery.
• Basic SQL skills for data verification and hypothesis testing.
• Experience with credit products and payments.
• Willingness to relocate to the Philippines.
