People Planning & Analytics Specialist

Location: Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines; hybrid work with at least 2 days per week in the office; Mid-Shift schedule

What you will do

• Analyze, design, and maintain people data and metrics systems supporting planning and analytics initiatives.
• Review HR data and system integrations, troubleshoot complex data issues, and maintain data integrity.
• Design and deliver ad-hoc people analyses using established data collection and analysis methods.
• Monitor evolving people data needs and recommend enhancements to HR systems, platforms, and dashboards.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and advise on data organization across people platforms.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly data audits with Finance and People Operations, diagnose errors, and propose corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years of Human Resources experience, including people data analysis.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across Finance, Technology, and HR functions in matrixed, global environments.
• Availability to work a Mid-Shift schedule and attend the hirify.global office in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig twice per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday, Anaplan, or Databricks in large, complex organizations.
• Experience with Alteryx, SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Experience working across global and cross-functional teams.
