AVP, Business Process Management - Product (Insurance)

Location: Hartford, Connecticut, United States

Annual base salary: $146,400–$241,600, plus eligibility for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What you will do

• Partner with leaders across business areas to align goals with enterprise strategy.
• Own execution of a multi-year strategic plan for the assigned business area.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities across multiple portfolios.
• Develop business transformation and change management strategies.
• Manage business planning, budgeting, cost-benefit analysis, and benefits tracking.
• Lead and oversee teams of business professionals while coaching and developing team members.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in operations, project collaboration, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of direct or indirect leadership, coaching, or management experience.
• Eight years of overall professional experience and a bachelor’s degree.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma and Agile methodologies.
• Strong strategy, business planning, critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Ability to present complex information to senior leaders, align resources, and implement emerging technologies and best practices.
