Risk, Business Process Specialist

Salary: $114,700–$194,900 USD per year

What you will do

• Create and maintain project deliverables, including scope documents, requirements, and test cases, in collaboration with Risk and Technology partners.
• Provide technical understanding and project lifecycle support to Risk partners.
• Plan, execute, communicate, and report on user acceptance testing, including defect and issue management.
• Document and conduct user training and support change management transitions to new systems.
• Assist with RFP vendor selection processes when needed.
• Contribute to business unit control activities, analytics, issue management, and testing.

Requirements

• 10+ years of business analysis experience supporting large-scale technology and business process projects.
• Experience with both waterfall and agile project environments.
• Knowledge of process redesign, control, and change management best practices.
• Strong written and oral communication, organizational, problem-solving, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
