Supply Chain Data & Process Leader (SAP)

Location: Hybrid — Torrance, California, with three days per week in the office

What you will do

• Assess, redesign, standardize, and improve supply chain processes across the Torrance Military Aircraft Group site.
• Support the planning, development, enhancement, and implementation of supply chain systems and operating structures.
• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation activities, including deployment readiness, cutover planning, and go-live execution.
• Develop dashboards, reporting capabilities, analytics, and digital enablement tools, including AI-enabled solutions.
• Lead data cleansing, validation, and remediation to maintain accurate supply chain master data.
• Manage change initiatives and related projects while aligning stakeholders, timelines, budgets, and business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
• At least six years of progressive experience in operations or supply chain disciplines.
• Experience with supply chain systems, operating structures, and supply chain best practices.
• SAP implementation experience.
• Proficiency with software tools used in advanced manufacturing, including Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Ability to work in a hybrid schedule with three days per week in the Torrance office; the position requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.

Nice to have

• Manufacturing experience, preferably in the aerospace industry.
• Purchasing, supply chain, or program management certification.
• Engineering or technical background involving data or processes.
• Project or program management experience.
• Experience with data cleansing, testing, system validation, analytics, and data-driven problem-solving.
