Sr Supply Chain Analyst (Power BI)

Location: Burbank, California, United States; onsite in a manufacturing environment

Salary: $127,200–$154,300 per year, with potential eligibility for performance-based bonuses.

What you will do

• Collaborate with functional leaders to investigate operational problems, identify root causes, and implement corrective solutions.
• Create and maintain Power BI tools, data systems, policies, procedures, and performance measurements for management analysis.
• Analyze operational data to identify adverse trends and drive system and process improvements.
• Lead Kaizen events and support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train and mentor supply chain team members on best practices, problem-solving, and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate procedure documentation, user training, feedback collection, system improvements, and issue resolution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including developing dashboards with Power BI.
• Working knowledge of operations in an electronics design and manufacturing organization.
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with Power BI and standard business applications such as Word and Excel.
• BA or BS degree preferred, or at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work onsite in a manufacturing environment and use required personal protective equipment.

Nice to have

• MBA.
• Strong Lean experience.
• Familiarity with Sherpa and/or Oracle.
• Leadership experience or a significant role in a major project.
