Manager, Supply Chain

Location: Remote within the United States; compensation is based on the candidate's primary U.S. work location and geographic tier.

Salary: $89,080–$116,918 for Geo 2 U.S. locations; $81,744–$107,289 for other U.S. metro locations. Eligible for bonus and stock options.

What you will do

• Manage manufacturers and monitor on-time delivery, defect rates, unit costs, and other vendor performance metrics.
• Build capacity models, route orders dynamically, and scale the manufacturing network for sales growth and seasonal peaks.
• Develop fulfillment strategies for specialty products such as foil-pressed cards while controlling capital expenditure.
• Analyze late or damaged orders with Customer Operations and lead vendor corrective action plans.
• Work with Product and Engineering to define improvements for routing, inventory, and order-management systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in on-demand supply chain, manufacturing, vendor operations, or e-commerce fulfillment.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets and BI skills, including building cost, forecasting, and capacity models.
• Experience managing third-party manufacturers or 3PLs, enforcing SLAs, and conducting quarterly business reviews.
• Ability to explain supply chain trade-offs to product managers, engineers, and executive stakeholders.
• Experience managing high-volume e-commerce seasonality and on-demand D2C fulfillment.
• Experience using AI to automate manual processes and improve efficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience in print, paper, custom manufacturing, or high-SKU personalized e-commerce.
• Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
