Location: Alpharetta, Georgia, United States; hybrid workplace

Salary: $91,200–$175,000, $100,300–$192,500, or $109,400–$210,000 annually depending on zone, plus eligibility for incentive plans.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end customer supply chain performance across order-to-cash, including service, inventory, cost-to-serve, fines, cash, and compliance.
• Integrate Logistics with Sales, IBP, Planning, Finance, Order Management, Transportation, and external partners.
• Develop decision-safe analytics, interpret dashboards and AI-enabled insights, and embed decision-critical inputs into planning workflows.
• Lead cost-to-serve analysis and quantify the financial impact of service models, customer collaboration, and operational improvements.
• Evaluate demand, promotion, capacity, and growth scenarios while communicating trade-offs, assumptions, risks, and recommendations.
• Improve order fill, OTIF, inventory health, on-shelf availability, compliance, and cost performance through root-cause analysis and standard operating rhythms.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or customer operations within CPG, retail, or a complex distribution environment.
• Strong analytical capability and experience converting data into clear business decisions.
• Experience with cost-to-serve analysis, trade-off evaluation, or financially grounded decision-making.
• Ability to synthesize service, cost, cash, and growth impacts for cross-functional and senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, SAP/S4, WMS/TMS, or comparable planning and execution tools.
• Strong financial acumen, cross-functional partnering, accountability, and communication skills.
