What you will do

• Research, write, capture, and edit general-assignment stories for multiple platforms.
• Produce content for television, internet, mobile, and digital channels.
• Work with management to develop and enterprise stories on a daily basis.
• Create compelling storytelling through live shots, stand-ups, graphics, and social media.
• Organize story materials, determine angles, and write according to editorial style standards.
• Gather and verify information through interviews, observation, and research.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism required; equivalent professional experience may substitute.
• Three years of experience as a multimedia journalist.
• Experience operating cameras and broadcast-quality camera equipment.
• Strong on-air reporting, writing, and technical skills.
• Knowledge of journalism ethics and libel laws, with sound editorial judgment.
• Conflict-management skills and strong attention to detail.
