Salary: $115,000 - $150,000 yearly

What you will do

• Lead the creative and editorial execution of television specials, series, and documentaries.
• Partner with the Executive Producer and external media companies to define project vision and format.
• Collaborate with post-production teams to ensure alignment with editorial standards.
• Review and approve scripts, graphics, and other editorial elements prior to delivery.
• Identify compelling content from podcasts and live events for television adaptation.
• Oversee production staff, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in television, streaming, or long-form content production.
• Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• Must work in New York, NY.
• Strong editorial judgment and knowledge of all production phases.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
