Multimedia Production Specialist (Video Production)

Location: hirify.global, Wisconsin, United States; based at Global Headquarters.

Pay range: $57,600–$90,400 per year.

What you will do

• Produce and edit professional video content for corporate communications, brand campaigns, recruiting, leadership messaging, events, and community relations.
• Plan and capture interviews, employee stories, products, facilities, events, and leadership messages using professional cameras, lighting, microphones, and related equipment.
• Perform post-production including editing, color correction, audio cleanup and mixing, captioning, music selection, graphics integration, and basic motion graphics.
• Prepare video and photography for websites, social media, internal channels, presentations, and events in platform-specific formats.
• Support photography, podcast and audio production, livestreams, webinars, and remote interviews.
• Maintain organized media libraries and production equipment while troubleshooting routine technical issues and meeting project deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in video production, digital media, communications, photography, film, marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent education and experience.
• At least two years of relevant professional, internship, freelance, academic, or volunteer production experience.
• Professional video-editing experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or an equivalent platform.
• Knowledge of cameras, lenses, lighting, microphones, audio recording, exposure, composition, color correction, codecs, compression, and media storage.
• Strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and time-management skills, with the ability to revise work based on stakeholder feedback.
• Applicants may need to be U.S. Persons for positions involving controlled goods and technologies under ITAR or EAR.

Nice to have

• Experience with After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
• Professional photography, photo editing, podcast, interview, voiceover, livestream, webinar, or remote-recording experience.
• Experience with motion graphics, animated titles, branded video elements, captions, transcripts, alternative text, and digital accessibility.
• Experience filming in corporate, industrial, manufacturing, or event environments, supported by a videography and video-editing portfolio.
