Digital Product Owner (Fintech)

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States; employees work in the office at least four days per week and may work from home one day per week.

Base pay: $100,000–$137,600 per year, with potential variable compensation and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead product vision, strategy, customer understanding, and outcome-driven digital roadmaps.
• Define and evolve personas, user journeys, value propositions, success metrics, and KPIs.
• Drive product discovery with UX and business stakeholders by identifying opportunities, defining hypotheses, and validating solutions.
• Partner with UX and engineering leads to prioritize roadmaps, shape backlogs, and guide agile Scrum teams.
• Represent the product in business discussions, facilitating alignment on priorities, tradeoffs, and sequencing.
• Use customer behavior, feedback, analytics, and research to identify opportunities and improve digital solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of product management or product owner experience, including at least three years in an agile software environment.
• Experience leading product discovery and strategy, translating customer and business insights into product direction and roadmaps.
• Ability to influence design, engineering, and business partners without direct authority.
• Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions.
• Valid United States work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with digital products in financial services or another regulated industry.
• Experience partnering with UX research and design teams.
• Agile certification such as CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or Scrum Master.
• Experience facilitating visioning, discovery, and alignment workshops.
• Experience with Jira, Productboard, Confluence, or similar product tools.
